Discontinuation of Santushti Scheme of JSK

This is to inform all our JSK Accredited Private Health Facilities under Hausala Sajheedari that JSK, Govt of India through its letter No. JSK/15(4)/Santushti/2011/168/579 dated 3rd December 2018 has communicated its decision to discontinue the Santusti Scheme in the state. The cut-off date for the closure of the Santushti Scheme in Uttar Pradesh would be one month (per standard clause of Tri-partite MOU of the scheme) from 03 December 2018 to 02 January 2019. All JSK tripartite MOUs signed under the scheme would stand void after the cut-off date. Therefore, Sterilization operations performed after the cut-off date i.e. 02.01.2019 will not be admissible for JSK Top Up reimbursement under the Santushti Scheme.

However, we would also like to assure all our accredited hospitals that the Hausala Sajheedari in its original form continue unhindered as per the prevailing guidelines of Govt of Uttar Pradesh and will not be affected due to discontinuation of the Santushti Scheme by JSK/GOI. The original Tripartite MOU signed between the Accredited Private Hospital, District Health Society and SIFPSA stand valid in its original form.
